Making an Appointment
- If your issue is urgent, please call our office to request an appointment.
Canceling an Appointment
- If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice.
- Co-pays must be paid in full at the time of the visit.
For your convenience, we use e-prescribe. For the most efficient service on routine refills, please call your pharmacy directly.
Please allow 48 hours for all prescription refills.

Your insurance company is the best resource for most billing questions. If you have not done so already, please call the number on your insurance card. If your insurance company cannot resolve the issue, please contact us. A First Coast Heart Vascular Center billing specialist will get back to you.
